When we arrived, the infrastructure was totally destroyed and we understood that there were people trapped under the rubble. We managed to rescue some people. [applause][ovation] The first thing is to rescue people who are under the rubble. This is the priority.
The people who are trapped need our help. We must rescue them as soon as possible. This is a very difficult situation.
We will keep working to rescue everyone who is trapped. The priority is to save human lives.
